I walked into a local department store on Tuesday and could not find a product I was seeking. I asked four different employees where to find my product and was told “Look in the third aisle to the right” “ I do not know.” “We are out of it.” And my favorite, “That is not my job.”

At a newly opened local bank, I had every request turned down (six requests, and no, I did not ask for a stimulus percentage) and was told I need to call customer service or “go online.” Part of my community is populated by senior citizens. I predict that this bank will not prosper in their new location.
